Miss Leggs Design Photography

I, the undersigned, hereby grant Miss Leggs Design Photography, owned and operated by Nitaj Leggs, full permission to photograph me and/or my minor child during a photography session.

PERMISSION TO PHOTOGRAPH

I understand that photographs may be taken during the session, including posed and candid images. I consent to being photographed and acknowledge that participation is voluntary.

 IMAGE USAGE & DISTRIBUTION

I grant Miss Leggs Design Photography the irrevocable right to use the images for, but not limited to:

• Portfolio display
• Website use
• Social media
• Advertising & marketing
• Printed materials (flyers, business cards, brochures)
• Educational or promotional purposes

I understand images may be:

• Cropped, edited, retouched, or enhanced
• Converted to black & white or stylized
• Combined with text, graphics, or designs

 NO COMPENSATION

I understand and agree that:

• I will not receive financial compensation
• I waive any right to royalties, payments, or future claims
• The Photographer is not required to provide images beyond what is included in the session package

COPYRIGHT OWNERSHIP

I acknowledge that:

• All images remain the property of Miss Leggs Design Photography
• The Photographer retains full copyright
• I do not own the images and may not sell or alter them

CLIENT USE RESTRICTIONS

I agree that images may not be:

• Sold or licensed to third parties
• Used for commercial purposes without written consent
• Altered in a way that misrepresents the Photographer’s work

ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I understand that photography sessions may involve:

• Outdoor environments
• Uneven surfaces
• Weather conditions
• Crowds, props, or movement

I voluntarily assume all risks and release Miss Leggs Design Photography from any liability related to injury, loss, or damage during the session.

 TECHNICAL & UNFORESEEN ISSUES

I understand that despite best efforts:

• Images may be lost, damaged, or corrupted
• Lighting, weather, or venue restrictions may affect results
• Certain shots may not be captured as expected

I agree this does not constitute negligence.

 RELEASE OF LIABILITY

I hereby release, waive, and hold harmless Miss Leggs Design Photography from:

• Claims, demands, or causes of action
• Emotional distress or dissatisfaction with appearance
• Any misuse of images by third parties once published online

 WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT

I understand that once images are published, they cannot be fully removed from the internet or printed materials already in use.

 LEGAL ACKNOWLEDGMENT

I confirm that:

• I am at least 18 years old, or a parent/legal guardian
• I have read and understand this agreement
• I sign this release knowingly and voluntarily
