2. PAYMENT & FEES

No images will be delivered until full payment is received.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

• Client must notify Photographer at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule.
• Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date one time.
• Photographer may reschedule due to weather, illness, or emergency.

 IMAGE DELIVERY

• Images will be delivered digitally.
• Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days (unless otherwise stated).
• Photographer selects the final images for delivery.
• Raw/unedited photos are not provided.

COPYRIGHT & USAGE

• Photographer retains full copyright to all images.
• Client receives a personal-use license.
• Images may not be sold, altered, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

MODEL RELEASE (CONSENT)

Client grants Miss Leggs Design Photography permission to use images for:

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

• Client is responsible for appearance, punctuality, and cooperation.
• Photographer is not responsible for missed shots due to late arrival or lack of participation.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Miss Leggs Design Photography is not responsible for circumstances beyond control including but not limited to weather, venue restrictions, or technical failures.
